The son of supermodel Helena Christensen and ‘The Walking Dead’ star Norman Reedus made his first appearance in court on Tuesday after allegedly punching a woman at a New York City street festival.
Mingus Reedus, 22, was charged with misdemeanor assault for allegedly punching a 24-year-old woman in the face while attending Manhattan’s famed San Gennaro street festival in September.
On Tuesday, Reedus was photographed walking side by side with his attorney Isabelle A. Kirshner as he entered Manhattan Criminal Court in a brown suit with his blonde hair parted and a mask covering his face.

A judge set a trial date for the runway model for January 5 with a possibility of a disposition at that time.
Reedus left court though a back door before entering a vehicle with his attorney. He did not make any comment.
Shortly after the 22-year-old’s supermodel mother was photographed walking her dog in New York City.
Christensen was spotted keeping it casual during a dog walk wearing her hair in a bun and donning tie-dye overalls with a olive green vest.
Reedus is accused of attacking the woman after they became embroiled in an argument at the street festival in Little Italy.
The alleged victim, who Reedus did not know, was rushed to a hospital and treated for facial injuries.
The incident came just one week after Reedus made his Vogue cover debut, where he was featured in the Hommes Paris’ fall-winter 2021-2022 issue alongside Parker Van Noord, son of the late male model Andre Van Noord.

Mingus is Christensen’s only child.
The Danish supermodel frequently shares snaps on social media showing the close bond she has with her son, who has been modeling since 2017.
Mingus has walked the runway for both Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. He also appeared alongside Naomi Campbell at London Fashion Week last year.
In April, he starred alongside his mom in a Victoria’s Secret Mother’s Day campaign.
