Footage has emerged appearing to show missing teenager Marnie Clayton smiling while walking with a hooded man.
The video briefly shows a young woman, who appears to match the 18-year-old’s description, walking down a street with the unknown male.
In the footage three other men, who are watching the stream, laugh about news coverage of Marnie’s disappearance and suggest the pair ‘go on the run’.
The teenager, from Bracknell, Berkshire, was last seen leaving Atik nightclub in nearby Windsor, at around 2am on Sunday morning before suddenly vanishing.
The 18-year-old’s disappearance has sparked huge concern, even leading to the launch of a social media page dedicated to locating her.
But Thames Valley Police, whose appeal for information has been shared more than 30,000 times, have remained tight-lipped about the new video.
In their last comment, the force insisted it was ‘investigating the circumstances’ of Marnie’s disappearance and that it was a ‘fast moving inquiry’. But they have so far failed to give the public any updates on her whereabouts.
It comes as separate video published earlier today showed Marnie dancing and smiling with a friend in Atik.
Witness have apparently told police that they believe Marnie was arguing with a man outside the club on the night she disappeared.
Nightclub bosses meanwhile say they are helping detectives with their investigation into the teenager’s whereabouts and have shared CCTV.
Officers are continuing their appeal, saying her disappearance is ‘out of character’ and they are becoming ‘increasingly concerned’.

A new video has emerged of missing Marnie Clayton partying in a nightclub just hours before her disappearance
The footage shows the 18-year-old smiling, laughing and dancing with female friends in Atik nightclub in Windsor, Berkshire. The teenager was last seen leaving the nightclub at around 2am on Sunday (January 15) and has not been seen or heard from since.
In the new video, one man could be heard saying: ‘Have you seen the update they’ve put on the news?’
The man though to be with Marnie says: ‘Nah,’ at which point the girl appears briefly in the video.
Another man replies: ‘Bro you are on BBC News, bro.
He then replies:‘That ain’t me bro,’ before saying something illegible.
The first man replies: ‘You might as well go on the run with her fam.’
Another adds: ‘This guy is not serious, like yeah she’s come on live she’s not serious man. I don’t know what live has come to man.’
The new video comes after police released an image of Marnie, said to be the last taken of her before she disappeared.
In the photograph, taking hours before her disappearance, the blonde-haired teenager is seen taking a selfie in a lift with what looks like a female friend.
She is seen wearing an off-the-shoulder grey dress, a circle shaped necklace and a shoulder strap bag.

One witness is said to have seen Marnie ‘arguing with a man’ the night she vanished. The claim was posted on a page set up to bring together information about the missing teenager’s whereabouts
Police say it is the last known picture of Marnie. The teenager’s own last social media post on Instagram was two days ago and paid tribute to her family dog who had passed away.
‘You’ll always be my angel,’ she wrote in a poignant post which included a picture of the boxer dog.
Meanwhile, one witness is claimed to have seen Marnie ‘arguing with a man’ the night she vanished.
The post, on a page set up to bring together information about the missing teenager’s whereabouts, said: ‘It is said that someone saw a man arguing with her outside the night club.
‘We don’t no (sic) for sure if he has taken her or she may know the man and went with him but will release more info when Thames Valley Police releases a new statement.’
Today club bosses have released a statement about missing Marnie, saying they are working with police to try and help find her.
In a post on a Facebook, the club said: ‘We are really concerned about the disappearance of Marnie Clayton and we have been working with the police all weekend on their investigation, and will continue to do so.
Police are growingly increasingly concerned for the teenager’s welfare, with her disappearance labelled ‘out of character’
Her family reported her missing after she never arrived home and now Thames Valley Police are appealing to the public to help find her.
‘We join everyone in hoping she is found safe and well.
‘If anyone has any information, please contact the Police on 101, quoting reference 43220021633 and if you see her or think you’ve seen her, please contact 999.’
Appealing for information about her whereabouts, Detective Chief Inspector Jon Groenen, from Thames Valley Police, said: ‘I would also like to appeal directly to Marnie, if you see this appeal, please contact your family or the police to let us know you are safe and where you are.’
Marnie is white with brown hair and a slim build. She is between 5ft2ins and 5ft4ins tall and was last seen wearing a grey dress.
She is known to frequent Reading town centre.
