The BRIT Awards red carpet was awash with glamour as celebrities turned out in force for the biggest night in British music.
But not everyone hit the right note when it came to their fashion choices, as these seriously questionable outfits show.

Fellow musician Raye also opted for an eye-popping gown and walked the red carpet in an orange number that was tied together down the side.
Meanwhile Griff showcased her kooky sense of style in a black and white checkerboard gown that swamped her frame.
Men on the red carpet were just as guilty of crimes against fashion, with Leigh Francis and musicians Meekz and Nick Gale turning heads for the wrong reasons.

Raye went sans underwear as she tried to emulate Elizabeth Hurley’s iconic cut-out dress in an orange metallic look with studded heels.
Singer Griff opted for a very daring oversized checked dress in blush pink and black, which she paired with chnky boots, but the look did not pay off.
Becky Hill also failed to impress in a green micro dressed with puffy sleeves that was covered in sequin and left very little to the imagination.
Singer songwriter Joy Crookes flashed some mid-rift in a daring gown with a bedazzled cape and shiny stilettos for the glitzy event.
However, her golden cape and train, which were covered in gems and gold leaves were more ‘Riding Hood’ than red carpet.

Meanwhile the male invitees were guilty of their own fashion faux pas. Funnyman Leigh Francis donned a matching suit and shirt in clashing pinstripe patterns, which he finished with a hat.
UK rap artist Meekz kept his whole face hidden behind a balaclava and sunglasses, which he wore with a white suit.
Olympic swimmer Tom Daley took a plunge and wore Louis Vuitton boots and a very colourful Versace shirt.
Artist 220 Kid dyed his hair to match his lurid leopard print tassel shirt but in spite of these efforts, his outfit landed him in the worst dressed of the night.
The awards have sparked controversy after scrapping male and female categories and switching to gender-neutral gongs for the first time in its history – with Adele and Ed battling it out for the Artist of the Year award.
It’s set to be a big night for British music, with Adele and Ed Sheeran leading the 2022 BRIT Awards nominations, with an impressive four nods each.

Joining Adele and Ed with four nominations are Little Simz and Dave, who along with Sam Fender, will battle it out for the inaugural Artist of the Year award at the ceremony which airs at 8pm on ITV and will be hosted by Mo Gilligan for the first time.
The ceremony, in association with Mastercard, sees the most female artists nominated in over a decade, however, they are still outnumbered three to two by male nominees.
It comes after The Brit Awards sparked controversy after scrapping male and female categories and switching to gender-neutral gongs for the first time in its history, causing naysayers to brand the event ‘woke’.
Sam Fender, Central Cee, David Guetta are up for three awards on the night, while Doja Cat, Olivia Rodrigo, Billie Eilish, Lil Nas X are each nominated for two prizes and will go up against Taylor Swift for International Artist of the Year award.

Elsewhere, there are plenty of artist who’ve been double nominated for the 2022 ceremony including Becky Hill, Coldplay, Dua Lipa, Glass Animals, Griff, Joel Corry, Joy Crookes and KSI.
Organisers divided opinion last year with some outraged by the decision to switch to gender-neutral gongs for the first time in its history.
Bosses claimed the move was in a bid ‘to be as inclusive and as relevant as possible’ and allowed people to enter who do not identify as a man or woman.
But fans blasted the change as ‘woke drivel’, with many calling for a boycott.
