‘A lot of it’s unscripted,’ Ross told WKBN in 2017. ‘I just like to put my grandma in non-grandma situations. Like, we went to the zoo. You got to dance with the penguin.’

Granny, who has lived in Youngstown, Ohio, for the past six decades, admitted to the news station that it’s a bit strange to get recognized in public by fans.

‘I do it because I’m with my grandson, and this is a new chapter in my life, and it’s a lot of fun,’ she said.
