Harrison Wagner, a musician and the son of Melrose Place actor Jack Wagner, was found dead in a parking lot in North Hollywood Monday. He was 27.
Wagner had struggled with addiction in the past. In July of 2016, he’d gone missing for nearly a week after a relapse.
Harrison’s father Jack is a veteran actor and star of soap operas like General Hospital and The Bold and the Beautiful. His mother is When Calls The Heart actress Kristina Wagner. The couple divorced in 2006.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner said that Harrison was pronounced dead in North Hollywood at 5:14 a.m. local time and that his cause of his death is currently under investigation.
Harrison’s last Instagram post was from May 22. He was seen sitting alone as his caption read: ‘Focus. YOU are left with YOU and your thoughts.’

Jack, 62, and Kristina, 59, have yet to comment of the passing of their son who had worked as a musician and DJ.
On May 20, Kristina shared her last Instagram post. She was seen sitting with her sons Peter and Harrison on stairs of a home.
‘A bittersweet farewell to the place we called Wagner Ranch for 25 years,’ wrote the star.
‘The prickly beauty of the high desert and a landscape surrounded by national forests always reminded us that there is peace when you are willing to look for it. Oh Ranch, it’s time to part. We’ll miss you so much with our heartwarming memories. We know that there are many opportunities for joy ahead.’

Jack also has daughter Kerry, born in 1988, after having a one night stand with a woman.

Harrison was gone for a week after a relapse, it was shared by his father.

‘I fear for my youngest sons safety,’ he added later. ‘Harrison has struggled w drugs & alcohol just as I did when I was younger. He’s relapsed & is MIA 5days.’
In 2018, Wagner said that the death of his idol, rapper Mac Miller, was a wakeup call.
He tweeted: ‘It’s a wake up call for those who are still using out there and suffer from the disease.’
